FEASIBILITY STUDIES’
The use of new recirculating aquaculture systems (SAR) allows the development and fine-tuning of medium-small fattening plants for marine or freshwater species, characterized by a modular structure, to be strategically placed in points where there is a strong demand for live fish for consumption, especially in summer or at certain times of the year.
The application of SARs must necessarily take into account a series of variables peculiar to the structure and the contingent situation.
The basic idea remains to create the opportunity to develop small to medium fish breeding facilities, versatile and modular, in order to give the possibility of fattening or simply the relaying of live fish even to complementary structures, as farmhouses, sport fishing facilities, handling, restaurateurs with attached spaces, etc.; in this context, the SAR offers the opportunity to create a new market, where the agricultural entrepreneur or the farm manager can diversify his business by supplying live fish to the visitors of the facility in retail.
The basic investment remains low, and is amortized relatively quickly.
The breeding species can be different and the systems are adapted and customized according to the client's needs.
SARs are mainly characterized by low water consumption (the system has total or almost total recirculation), from the possibility of being positioned even in previously unattainable areas (a SAR can also be installed in a shed in the city area, using mains water), from environmental protection (no or almost no discharges; limited quantities of waste products that can be disposed of by authorized firms; therefore zero polluting impact), from total control over water quality (which then translates into a reduced incidence of pathologies, faster growth rate, etc.) e, Consequently, the constant availability of live fish, healthy and hygienically controlled.

BUROCRATIC AND REGULATORY ASSISTANCE
The construction of a fish farm requires a series of opinions and authorizations from the competent bodies for the area ranging from the usability and correct use of the property, any concessions for the withdrawal of water from the plant, to the differentiated authorizations for unloading according to the receiving body (public sewer, surface water body, direct discharge into the sea), to the preliminary investigation of the file with the competent Veterinary Service of the local USL Company.
Aquaquality intervenes in each of these requirements, treating the file directly with the competent body until its complete development and release of the opinion or specific authorization; in this way the entrepreneur intending to build the plant is relieved of all the burdens in terms of time and contacts with officials, and can focus directly on the activity to be carried out, leaving the bureaucratic and regulatory assistance completely to Aquaquality.

PLANT MANAGEMENT PROTOCOLS
The management of an aquaculture facility is based on a few simple but necessary operations, both ordinary and extraordinary in nature, indispensable in order not to suddenly find yourself with technical problems that affect the operation and profitability of the plant itself.
In the case of a SAR, Furthermore, the technical part of the verification is more complex than a traditional breeding with open tanks, precisely because of the need to keep a whole series of parameters under control in real time (temperature, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, etc.) which are essential to avoid problems with the fish in the tank; naturally all this control has the advantage of being able to increase the density of fish in the tank (amount of biomass grown per cubic meter) e, substantially, thus being able to increase the production and income of the plant.
